Disabled Visitors
On purchasing a full-rate admission ticket, your carer or attendant will receive free entry to the show upon production of relevant documentation (Personal Independence Payment, Disability Living Allowance, Carers Allowance or Blue Badge Registration number).
There is disabled parking at the event (available on a first come first served basis) please follow the signs for Members and then Disabled parking, you must bring and display your Blue badge. There are several disabled toilet facilities across the showground and a dedicated area for disabled viewing of the Grand Arena, all are indicated on the map.
Motorised Buggies / Wheel Chairs
If you have brought your own wheelchair / scooter with you please notify the car parking attendants when you arrive, as space will need to be allowed for unloading / loading. For those that wish to hire a mobility aid for use on the day Event Mobility is delighted to be providing electric scooters and manual wheelchairs for the use of disabled, elderly and mobility impaired visitors at the show. To reserve an electric scooter or manual wheelchair please book online at www.eventmobility.org.uk or download the advance booking form from here: Advance Booking Form.pdf and send it to: Event Mobility, 3 Racecourse Road, Pershore, Worcestershire, WR10 2EY. To collect your mobility vehicle please follow signs to the Members then Disabled Parking where Event Mobility will be located.
ALL mobility vehicles MUST be ordered in advance. No bookings will be taken on the day.
Dogs
Dogs are allowed on the showground with fixed leads only. No dogs to be left in cars. There are dog watering points throughout the showground.
Dogs are not allowed within several covered areas of the show – please see notices on the showground. There is a companion dog show and terrier racing, both of which can be entered on the day.

Livestock Area
To allow the animals to be prepared and moved to the Grand Arena, the Livestock Area will close at 3.20pm to the general public. Please ensure that you follow all the instructions for bio-security at the event including washing your hands after being in the Livestock areas.
Note to Pregnant Women: In order to protect your own health and that of your unborn child, women who are, or who may be, pregnant are advised to avoid close contact with livestock animals. Although these infections are uncommon, and the number of human pregnancies affected by contact with sheep & goats is extremely small, it is important that pregnant women are made aware of the potential risks in order to safeguard their health and that of their unborn baby.
Lost & Found
If a child or vulnerable person is lost on the showground please report immediately to a show steward. Similarly, if you find someone who is lost please report to a show steward as soon as possible. Wristbands are available at the gate for children or vulnerable adults with space for contact details.
If you lose any valuables on the showground please report to the Secretary’s Office. Please do not leave your belongings unattended at any time.
Refreshments
We have food and drink outlets throughout the showground. There is also areas set aside if you wish to picnic. If you have specific dietary requirements please visit the Secretary’s tent who can advise you of the best places to go. Free drinking water is available at various points on the showground as indicated on the map – please bring your re-fillable water bottles!
Security
Please heed the instructions of any stewards or security officers or police and act upon them immediately.
Medical Assistance
If you require medical help either report to any Steward or to the Secretary’s Tent. Medical facilities are available on the showground all day.
Terrain
There are no steps on the showground – it is all on one level and suitable for wheelchairs and buggies, but care should be taken as the surface can be uneven in places.
Toilets
There are plenty of toilets available throughout the showground.
Baby Changing/Feeding
There is a baby changing and feeding tent located in the family fun area. Some of the toilet blocks will also have changing facilities in them.
