General information
APPLICATIONS EXTENDED. Allocations will be made on a first come, first served basis. Full payment is required as part of the application, should the application be declined, all fees paid will be refunded.
Prior to making your application, please ensure you read the Trade Stand Rules and Regulations Information Booklet which can be downloaded from the link below. This Booklet also contains all the relevant pricing information. We have a high volume of enquiries into our small office and during busy times we rely on you reading information that has been made available to you.
It is essential that a copy of a trader’s public liability insurance certificate and if applicable a quality trade stand risk assessment is submitted. These can either be submitted as part of the online application or can be emailed to the Showground Director after the application being made. An application which does not include accompanying documentation is incomplete. Any traders failing to provide the required accompanying documentation may have their booking cancelled, without refund and will be refused entry to the Showground. The deadline for submitting Risk Assessments and PLI certificates* is Friday 31st May 2024. (* in circumstances where the policy renews between 31st May and 7th September, a copy of the renewed PLI certificate must be submitted by email as soon as possible).
With regards to picking your pitch we do not have a system whereby you can select a numbered stand; you can instead pick a first choice and second choice Zone you would like to trade in, and we will do our best to accommodate you. Unless a request is made to move to an alternative Zone, traders who exhibited in the previous year will be allocated the same pitch. This isn’t always possible, but the Show Organisers will endeavour to ensure that stands are sited sympathetically and as close as possible to the location previously held or in the zone requested.
Each year Moreton Show sells out of its trade stand space, so you are advised to make your booking as soon as you can in order to secure a pitch. If we are in a situation whereby, we have sufficient numbers already booked on of a particular stand we may contact you to go on a waiting list instead – it is not in the best interests of anyone to be saturated with one type of product at the show. We do not complete the floorplan until early June, so we cannot confirm your exact position until then.
Joining instructions with all your final access information and tickets etc, are sent out approximately one month prior to the show date. This is all undertaken electronically, nothing will be sent to you in the post, please ensure we have the correct email address that you access.
Once you have booked your stand space for 2024 you should receive an acknowledgement email within 5 days, please contact showground@moretonshow.co.uk if this has not arrived
